Fastest method: open Adiufant, go to Settings > Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm with your Apple or Google account.
After you reauthenticate, Adiufant records an authenticated deletion request, revokes the Apple authorization token when applicable, deletes your Firebase Authentication account, and then clears local Adiufant data from the device. We complete deletion of associated cloud records within seven days.
The deletion process covers your Firebase account and profile, server-side AI analysis and usage records linked to your user ID, synchronization records, temporary files in Cloud Storage, analytics exports in BigQuery, remaining proxy records, and local events, tasks, people, tags, settings, and media metadata in Adiufant.
Crash reports and infrastructure logs controlled by Firebase, Google, Apple, or other platform providers may remain under those providers' security and retention schedules. We may also retain a minimal deletion or security record when needed to prove completion, prevent fraud, resolve a dispute, or comply with law. We do not retain deleted content for advertising.
Email privacy@adiufant.com from the email address associated with your Adiufant account. Include “Adiufant account deletion” in the subject. We will verify account ownership before acting. This support route is available when the in-app flow cannot be used; it does not replace the in-app deletion option.
If deletion does not finish, contact support@adiufant.com. For privacy questions, contact privacy@adiufant.com. Include the approximate request date, but do not send passwords, authorization codes, identity tokens, or private family content by email.
